When SMG3 and The Anti Cast Members struck SMG4 and the gang tried to defeat them but they failed and now only Mario stands but little does he know that his friends are alive in The Internet Graveyard and Meggy was reverted into a Inkling and the gang is impressed and then they try to find a way to contact Mario but Meggy hears a familiar voice and she turns behind her and it’s revealed to be her long lost friend Desti and Meggy thinks she’s seeing a ghost but Desti says she’s here in reality shocked Meggy asks Desti how she’s alive and The Octoling says that due to the timeline being screwed up she was resurrected then she says to Meggy “and it also explains why your an Inkling again” Meggy agrees and the two walk up to each other hug each other expressing how much they missed each other and went to go meet up with the others meanwhile Mario killed Menoly Rob The Weegee Doll and Wimpu then he hears a familiar voice it’s revealed to be Meggy and Desti shocked he asks how is Desti alive how is Meggy a Inkling again where are they and how are the others Desti explains that due to the timeline issue she was resurrected and Meggy was reverted into an Inkling and they explain that all of them are in The Internet Graveyard and Meggy says “Red.... you can do this....”and Desti asks Mario how to pronounce his name Mario says his name then Desti says “Mario.... please defeat SMG3 for us you can bring us home” and Mario says “Your right I can do this I’ll bring you guys back and defeat SMG3 and the remains Anti Cast Members that’s a promise” and knowing that his friends were okay cheering him on Mario must defeat SMG3 and The Anti Cast Members once and for all
