It is called Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry. It is an amazing historical-fiction novel about how African Americans lived when they were discriminated against in the past. I really loved the book and sympathized with the characters. I got the information about sharecropping from an interesting fact-area at the very beginning, before the actual story. It talked about African Americans in the past and troubles sharecroppers had to go through. However, what I wrote is not what the main characters were going through, it was about sharecroppers and what I learned about their life in Language Arts. Enjoy! »»————- 『 ⚝ 』 -————««
