I'll try to cook up something special for you all once finals are over :D It's here!!! :D I mentioned doing a DTA to celebrate reaching over 75 followers, and guess who finally got it done? ;) If you don't know what DTA stands for, it means draw to adopt! If you like a character's design, draw your version of them and enter for the chance to win them! ~Rules~ - Advertising isn't allowed. Please don't link unrelated studios or projects into the comments here. - Use only your own art! Free or not, please don't use bases! - Stealing other's art isn't allowed. Doing so will disqualify your entry. - Please don't put yourself or others down! Have fun :) - Please don't complain about not getting a character, or being "unable to draw well". If you need some tips, just ask, but whining will hurt your chances, not help. - Please don't change the creature's species! You're welcome to change their design, as long as it's recognizable. - And, finally, if you don't win the character, please don't use them :) ~Tips to win~ - Give your character a bio or backstory! I want to know what your unique spin on them is - Make an animation or an animation meme! - Use shading, or add in a matching background! - Quality over Quantity :3 ~Art tips~ - Use basic shapes! Using those to plot out the character's body shape can really help - Use references! Can't figure out how to draw something? Look up images, or find a tutorial! - Or, just ask me! Backstory: these bedtime bears live in a wor;d called slumberland and in this land well, they sleep. But there is a story behind that, a new preslet (what they call president) named Muffles Mont had just been elected and a few days later slumberland got invaded by the evil nocy army full of hideous creatures. And the preslet had an Idea to sleep to strengthen their mind so everyone would know what to do once they wake up and the enemies were so surprised at their battle strategy that they fled think that they were going to rise up stronger and more powerful than before. Because of the success of this act this sleeping became something traditional and the citizens of slumberland would do this a lot. You see, slumberland used to be called titus but when tourists came to 'titus' they were so surprised at how long everyone slept so they started to call the place slumberland and the word soon spread so the people of slumberland called a fatigued meeting to discuss whether they would change the official name of the place slumberland and thee preslet said no because otherwise they would be mocked for a silly name by the other lands so their official name stayed as titus but everyone still called it slumberland. This bedtime bear is called macro and he is and alder kid about 5 years of age (bedtime bear years are longer than human years) and even though he sleeps a lot he used to dream of seeing children and helping them get to sleep so,after years and years of begging the preslet, Marco was able to help children get to sleep on earth. But, children would be frightened of a giant talking bear so the preslet summoned the good witch of slumberland to turn marco into a tiny little teddy bear whenever he goes to help children fall asleep. In this picture marco is waking up from his sleep, rubbing his eyes, on his cloud that he is going to use to travel to earth but you might have noticed that marco's plushy toy is in the break between the clouds which means, when marco starts flying on his cloud, his plushy toy will fall through the crack! or will he notice ... I hope you like it I hope I get an honourable mention :)
