Music entry Backstory: (her real name in this story is Amy) Amy had a good life until she turned 13. That year her mother wanted it to be the best birthday for her. She wanted every year to be better. One week before she turned 13, her mother went out to buy decorations. When she was driving, she wasn’t paying attention and went over the speed limit by 20 mph. She was driving past an intersection and another car hit hers. She was extremely injured. Her mother was never the same after that, she went mute and would never come out of her locked room. Her dad brought her breakfast lunch and dinner everyday, but she continued to be depressed for the rest of her life, believing that she let her daughter down. A few months later, Amy was down in the basement looking for any blankets. She looked in an old closet she has only opened once or twice. Dust spilled out. Amy coughed a few times. She pulled down the rusty chain hanging from small light. The bulb came to life, revealing dusty coats that haven’t been used in years. The only thing that wasn’t covered in dust was a box that looked like they were placed there recently. Amy picked up the box and realized that they were headphones, a really nice pair. On the top it said: To Amy From Mom. It was the gift she was suppose to be given two months ago. From then on she were them all the time. She never had friends, she was always lonely. With her mom forever broken, she at least had something to listen to, except the forever groaning inside her head. The only time she took them off is when she went tobed.
Thanks to @CatCrookshanks for hosting DTA. Hope the back story wasn’t too long. Music is inspiration
