This is all inaccurate now haha Some flags that were my identities at some point or are now. All in order of the flags in the project (except demifluid, this isn’t in the project due to the flag not working here) Current identities: Cupiroflux: “Cupiroflux (also called Cupio-Aroflux or Kalosflux) is when someone desires and/or likes the idea of a romantic relationship but their level of attraction/desire for the relationship fluctuates.” Source: lgbta+ wiki (online) For me this means that sometimes I desire a romantic relationship, and sometimes it doesn’t sound appealing. However, I never actually am romantically attracted to anyone. Fluidaligned: “Alignedfluid is an identity for individuals whose gender or gender expression alignments are fluid. For example, someone who is fluid between feminine-aligned and masculine-aligned or someone is fluid between male-aligned, female-aligned, and unaligned. Alignedfluid can also be used as an umbrella term for those whose gender or gender expression alignments fluctuate.” Source: lgbta+ wiki (online) For me this means that my gender fluctuates between somewhat androgynous masculinity, somewhat androgynous femininity, and complete androgyny. Isogender: “Isogender is a gender modality that refers to when one is not cisgender, but also does not identify as transgender either.[1] Examples of individuals who may identify as isogender include: A bigender, or otherwise multigender individual who doesn't really feel transgender as a significant portion of their gender strongly resembles/is the same as their AGAB and isn't dysphoric towards their gender. A non-binary individual who doesn't really feel transgender as their gender is strongly similar to their assigned gender as birth. For example, a feminine-aligned non-binary individual who is AFAB can be considered isogender. Someone who stops feeling gender incongruence sometimes or someone whose gender incongruence fluctuates in intensity. An agender or otherwise genderless individual who does not feel like transgender describes them due to the fact that their gender does not exist.” Source: lgbta+ wiki (online) For me this is just that I do not identify as cis or trans. Identities that I used to identify with: Graygender: “Greygender or Graygender is when one identifies as (at least partially) outside the gender binary and has a strong ambivalence about their gender identity or gender expression. They feel they have (a) gender(s), as well as a natural inclination or desire to express it/them, but it’s weak and/or somewhat indeterminate; they don’t feel it most of the time, or they’re just not invested in it. They’re not entirely without a gender or gender expression, but they’re not entirely with it either. In summary, they know they have (a) gender(s), but either it’s indefinable or they'e just not invested in the concept of gender.” (Gender Wiki, online) For me at the time this meat that I was not fully connected to or invested in my gender, and I couldn’t really be misgendered because I didn’t care. Genderqueer: “Genderqueer is an umbrella term with a similar meaning to non-binary. It can be used to describe binary cisgender and transgender people within the LGBT+ community who feel that they have a queer or non-normative experience with their gender. It can also be used to describe any gender identities other than man and woman, thus outside of the gender binary. Genderqueer identities can include one or more of the following: A combination of genders Neither man nor woman (genderless, Agender, Neutrois) Moving between genders (Gender-fluid, Oriengender) Third gender or other-gender Those who do not or cannot place a name to their gender Having an overlap or blurred lines between gender identity.” (Gender Wiki, online) At the time this label meant to me that I had no clue who the heck I was at that moment in my life. I still think genderqueer semi-fits, so I don’t think I’m going to completely not use it, but I’ve found better ones. I wanted to add demifluid but I couldn’t make it work- here’s a definition anyways Demifluid: “ Demifluid is a gender in which one's gender is partially genderfluid with the other part(s) of one's gender being static. The static part of the gender can be any gender or combination of genders. For example, one's gender could be partly agender while the other part is fluid between between male and a xenogender. Demifluid individuals often also identify as non-binary, genderfluid, and/or transgender, if they wish to.” Source: lgbta+ wiki (online) For me this means that my gender fluctuates between somewhat androgynous masculinity, somewhat androgynous femininity, and complete androgyny.
