Sorry you cant see it very well First Poem ever! The Black Crow: The black crow sits on the roof Day after day, and never flies away Trapped on the roof, he sees everything And at the same time sees nothing, not one single thing When he breaks free, from his sorrow He hopes he’ll have time to go see them tomorrow But for now, he sits up there, up on the roof. When he breaks free, he’ll be able to fly Like a bat out of hell, that’s not ready to die He will soar through the sky, calling dear for his loved ones And maybe, just maybe, it won’t be too late For that’s what he’d do, if only he could fly. For now, the crow sits up there, waiting and waiting For this curse upon him to start dissipating The black crow sits on the roof. Walrein 2021
Thanks mom, for always inspiring me to do great things <3 My mom and Step-Dad are photographers, videographers, and writers too. They always tell me to do what I love and chase my dreams. I'm thinking of entering this into a competition, so tell me what you think! There's a cash prize for first place of $100 dollars, and I want to get ready for Disneyland after the pandemic!
