I swear to God. I am so angry. Lately some people have been causing moral panic on Scratch. If you don't know what moral panic is, it's where someone spreads information around and makes tons of people scared. Usually, this info being spread around is exaggerated and contains claims with NO PROOF. There is this guy known as Jonathan Galindo. He is on a 13+ website, telling people to do awful things to themselves. Someone on Scratch decided to make a project spreading awareness about him. Good, right? No. They said "He is on Scratch and out to get people here" with no proof and therefore a bunch of people got really scared and panicked. People even made FAKE ACCOUNTS for this dude and that made people more upset! That is so messed up. Scratch is full of impressionable children, and by saying these kinds of things without concrete proof, you are seriously screwing with their feelings. Please never post anything publicly and call it a fact unless you have concrete proof it is true (screenshots etc.) It just causes rumors, drama, and panic. Also, don't believe everything you hear, if there is no proof of it being a fact. Have a good day.
