(Please take the time to read this) Hi I'm Harper! Many people know as a person who does art and other fun projects! Today I wanted to make this project to address something. It's something that bothered me ever since I come on scratch. All the drama, Sadness and Hate... I never ever saw this type of thing on a website like this. Now Don't be sad or upset, I know we can do better! We can! Why? Because we're the scratch community! We're a group of amazing kids, teens and adults (If there are any reading this). We're an amazing community! We support each other, help make each other and love each other. When i'm here I feel safe and happy! Like every community we have some problems like Excessive hate, Mass-reporting and Art theft. I know we can change this, tho! 1. Start with yourself. Are you doing anything wrong? If you try fixing yourself, you help improve the community. Blaming others isn't right, since you have your own wrongs to fix. Example, many people blame the scratch team. I understand that the scratch teams played some role in this but the community took a great part in this problem. Always start with yourself before trying to fix somebody else! 2. When encountering hate, Just report a project and ignore the hate. Your amazing, beautiful and important! Don't listen to the haters! 3. There are many ways to somehow decrease art theif. Mark your art using watermarks or placing it somewhere that will mess up the art if it's trying to be removed. If someone steals your art and you marked it, ignore the thief. In the end your name is on there and someone will realise the art is yours. 4. If you don't like a project don't report it, just ignore it. Don't report it if you don't like it, Please. We all have opinions and I understand that you may not like it but don't report it. Again ignore it or even give feedback! Feedback is a great way to get your point out and it can help the other person to improve! You'll end up helping the person and yourself! There are many way to do your part! Just be kind and positive and you'll be doing your part! Enough is Enough! We need to fix this! I know we can! Let's do it! Let's spread the message, #SaveScratch! -Harper Carter
