"whyyyyyy?!" you think "my first time, and i'm freaking late?! ugh" you run into the gym... "hey y/n! you are early!" Kuroo says. "what?! i thought practice started at 7:00?!" you say Kuroo says "no, it starts at 7:30 y/n, wait, did you run all the way here?!" "yeah," you say, slumping onto the ground. "wow, thats a...30 minute run here! here, have some water." He says, he hands you a small plastic water bottle from a cooler beside him. "thank you Kuroo!" "your welcome y/n. since you are here early, will you help me set up for practice?!" "oh, sure!" you say, finishing up the water he gave you. AFTER YOU BOTH SET UP THE NETS AND GET OUT THE BALLS... the rest of the team was slowly trickling into the gym, you see Kenma, and wave, he looks up from his game, and nods at you, and just keeps walking. "jeez, no need to give me the cold shoulder," you say under your breath "you have known him for a while now y/n, you should know he would never wave back." "ah!" you stumble backwards as Kuroo says that in your ear. you start blushing a lot, you can feel the heat rising to your face... "Don't sneak up on me like that!" "ok, ok, sorry!" Kuroo says "hmmpf" you respond to his lame apology. "what do you want me to do to make it up to you, put you on my back and walk around with you on my shoulders like we did when we were kids?!" "haha, sure." you say in a sarcastic way "ok," he says, "up you go!" he lifts you up, onto his shoulders, shocking you, and making you more embarrassed. "that was sarcastic! ugh..." you say in an annoyed tone. "sorry, i wanted to make you smile, and i succeeded!" "pfft- nooo~" you lie, you know he cannot see your face and your wide smile. (the blush is still intensifying) he tilts his head back, and sees your smile, "liar! i can see you smiling!" "nooooo!"" you say dramatizing it a lot "you caught me" you say " now put me down" you in a very serious tone "yes ma'am" he says, and lets you down he walks away to go talk to the coach... after smoothing out your pants, you look up and see several boys staring at you. one walks up and says, "hello, you single?" he says "i-" you immediately get flustered and say "well, no, but i am not interested, uhm, sorry" you walk away blushing a lot "hey Kuroo," you say walking up to him " its already 7:40, shouldn't we start?! "oh, yeah, thanks y/n!" "your welcome Kuroo!" while they are practicing, you notice this one dude who keeps staring at you. (same dude from earlier) after practice, you notice Kuroo walks up to him, tells him something that at first made the boy laugh, and then he got a look on his face like, he was scared, then he walked out of the gym to join his friends. you walk up to Kuroo and say, "good practice!" "thank you y/n! earlier i saw Yamamoto bothering you, are you ok?!" "ah, so that is the kids name," you think "yeah, i'm fine!" "that's good to hear, so, do you wanna eat lunch at the same spot?!" "sure!" you look at kenma, and see he looks a bit pale and feverish, you walk up to him and say, "hey, are you feeling ok?!" "hmm?" he says looking up you put your hand on his forehead, and it is extremely hot. "you have a fever kenma!" "oh" Kuroo walks up and says "kenma, you should really go home, to rest up."
