Alena padded around in circles through the burnt building. Her multiple white tails had red tips and many runes were written on the ends of her tails. Her light red eyes glowed softly with a bit of hysterical light. Her white fur shined as the sunlight filtered through the broken roof. Her red paws were stained with dark red blood, and she cast a glance towards the mangled body near the end of the corner. She huffed, still pacing, when she heard paw steps. She froze, her eyes narrowing. “.... Fang?” She called. She had a surprisingly childish voice. A low laugh sounded. “Yes, Eternal One?” Alena grinned, exposing sharp, bloodstained canines. “Just making sure it was you!” She purred. Another laugh. “Surely, you know the sound of my paw steps by now?” His voice was closer now and Alena could see faint sparks of green flames heading towards her and the sound of chains scrapping against the floor. Alena sat down, as a large wolf made entirely of green flames started to approach her. He had chains wrapped around his paws and pure white eyes that were filled with dark amusement. “Fang...” Alena purred. Fang dipped his head in a respectful manner. “Eternal One. You summoned me?” Alena smirked slightly. “I want to know how our little Siren has come along.” Fang sighed; his gaze was filled with annoyance. “She is.... overconfident and does not hesitate to start a fight. It is as if she wants to die again.” He rumbled. Alena shrugged. “She is still new to this world, Fang. It is normal for her to be reckless. How much did the chemical change her if you know?” At that time, Fang smiled. “She is very ruthless. She enjoys torture, it seems.” Alena sighed softly, her multiple tails swishing. “Good. And the Mask?” Fang growled. “He has hidden it well, Eternal One. No sign of it yet.” Alena frowned lightly. “Hm. Well, we’ll torture the location of it out of him yet.” She gave another glance at the mangled body, and Fang looked at her. “The disgraceful creature is not dead yet?” He rumbled. Alena gave a soft tinkling laugh, her red eyes filled with amusement. “It seems the chemical keeps him alive from injures that would normally kill one. He’s still in extraordinary pain though!” She giggled. Fang looked amused by this. “Good. We will keep searching for the Mask, Eternal One. We will not fail you.” Alena smirked slightly, flicking her multiple tails. “Good. I am trusting you Fang.” Skylar pranced alongside Fang; her pit black eyes filled with excitement. “So, Fang! What are we going to do? Kill people? Torture them?” The green diamond in her chest glowed a sickly green color, and Fang cast her a semi-annoyed look. “We are going to visit The Eternal One, Siren.” Skylar huffed, frowning. “Well, That’s no fun! I don’t want to hear you yacking about how wonderful she is, or why we follow her, or why I’m part of her amazing plan. I want to go kill people, cause fear and have some fun!” Fang growled lowly, his flamed tail swishing with irritation. “Too bad, Siren. You know we have a mission to carry out.” Skylar scoffed something inaudible under her breath, folding her bloodied, mangled wings against her back. Fang’s ear pricked and he glanced over at Skylar with vague amusement. “What was that Siren?” Skylar blinked, shooting him an innocent smile. “Nothing.” She purred silkily. Fang was not, in the least, a little bit amused. “You will learn to hold your tongue one day, Cat.” Skylar shrugged playfully. “Whatever you say, Mutt.” Fang didn’t respond, just cast her dark look. He stopped in front of a damaged building, its roof falling in, and windows shattered. “We are here.” Skylar made a face. “Bit...dusty, isn’t it?” Again, Fang didn’t respond, he just walked inside. A small golden chain wrapped itself around Skylar’s paw, yanking her forward. She yelped, more out of surprise than anything, and stumbled after Fang. She stopped beside him, and the chain disappeared. She shot him with a look. “You didn’t have to do that!” She snapped. Fang just chuckled darkly. “It seems to be the only way to get your attention.” Skylar just huffed. “So, where is she? Hiding somewhere in this dump? Huh. From the way you talked about her, I was expecting something...nicer.” Fang snarled, lifting a paw, and swiping her across her face. “I expected better from you!” He snarled, his features now truly angered. Skylar bristled, her face stinging. “Well maybe I expected better from the so-called Eternal One!” She snapped. Fang bared his teeth, ashes dripping from his form. “You are an ungrateful creature! You would not be alive right now, if The Eternal One did not order me to not kill you!” Skylar lurched back, a hiss rising in her throat. Before anything could start though, a small giggle rang through the air. Fang blinked, straightened, and cast an angry look at Skylar.
“Come Siren. You will meet The Eternal One, and maybe learn something today.” His words were harsh. Skylar huffed, and followed as he led her to a semi-clear area. Old boxes littered the ground, along with broken glass, and old dog cages. The walls were metal grey, with old blood stains along the sides of them. Fang stopped and sat down. Skylar copied his movements with irritation clear in her eyes. “I still think this is stupid.” She scoffed. Small paw steps sounded, and Skylar blinked, her eyes narrowing to see better. It was difficult to see, due to how dark it was, even though the broken roof allowed weak sunlight to filter through the building. A small white kitsune walked forward. She had red paws, along with red ears, and tail tips. Her eyes were a pinkish-red and filled with dark amusement. An old looking noose was loosely tied around her neck and dragged along the floor. She grinned slightly, exposing small, pointed teeth that were blood-stained. “Dearest Fang! I thought I heard you!” The kitsune chirped. Fang dipped his head respectfully. “Yes. I have brought the Siren with me as well.” Skylar huffed, her ears flicking. “This is the ‘Eternal One?’” She mewed; her voice was heavily laced with mockery. The kitsune tilted her head slightly, her eyes filled with sudden malice and amusement. “You don’t think I’m The Eternal One? Why is that?” She purred. Skylar’s eyes narrowed slightly. “I would think that a seemingly powerful being that Fang supposedly worships would live in a better place. Plus, you're awfully small to be worshipped and all.” She muttered. Fang snarled, raising a paw. The kitsune giggled again. “Leave her Fang. She has a right to speak her opinions.” Fang growled softly. “As you wish.” The kitsune leaned close to Skylar. “I am The Eternal One, Skylar. You would do well to remember this and treat me with respect.” Skylar’s black eyes narrowed slightly. “And I’m supposed to call you ‘The Eternal One’? It seems rather stupid to do that.” Alena laughed, a soft tinkling laugh. “If you wish, you may also call me Alena.” She smiled, rather cruelly. Skylar laughed suddenly, her eyes filling with amusement. “I have to listen to you as well?! A weak, little fox, who calls herself ‘The Eternal One?!’” She snickered. Alena grinned, an odd look flashing in her eyes. Black slime seemed to soak in her fur, making her appearance drippy. Black goop dripped, no poured from her mouth. Alena burst into giggles, more black liquid pouring from her mouth. “You should learn to hold that tongue of yours! Or...I suppose I could do it for you. I could pry open those jaws of yours and slowly tear your tongue out! That could be fun!” Skylar bristled; her mangled, bloodied wings spread defensively. Alena took a step forward, leaning close to Skylar’s face. “Wouldn’t that be fun, Skylar?” She crooned. Fang watched silently; his gaze amused. Skylar lashed out with an unsheathed paw. It connected neatly with Alena’s nose, blackish-blood dripping from the new wound. Fang snarled, standing up. Alena grinned, waving a paw. “Sit down, Inu.” She purred silkily. “I’ve got this.” Skylar glowered at her, a hiss rising in her throat. Alena smiled, that same insane look flickering in her eyes. (Y'all tell me what you think! Constructive criticism only!)
