this has been,, long overdue,,, but here it is!! my art and design terms of service!! usage of art from me or with my characters: - the first thing. you’re allowed to post artwork you make of my characters anywhere on the internet AS LONG AS you credit me for ownership of the character <33 (i ask that you credit my th instead of my scratch (or both) bc i am becoming a bit more active there and post more of my art there <33) - in a follow-up to that, by doing an art trade with me or (on very rare occasions) requesting from me, you consent to me being able to post it on my th (or other sites if i ever get them) with proper credit to you for the character <33 (obviously some characters don’t have profiles but i have a special technique for getting around that in order to post art with characters without profiles on my th if i’m proud of the art,,,) - if you receive any kind of art from me, you may use it how you want as long as you give credit to me <33 (whether it’s using it as your icon or just simply uploading it to th, give me credit for the art please <33) - misuse of art from me will result in you being blacklisted and being unable to receive art from me again,,, usage of my designs: - if you have a design from me (from a dt or an adopt or from something else) i ask that you give credit to me when you use it <33 (that means crediting me as the creator on th (if you make the design a th profile) and crediting me in the description if you use it on other sites including scratch) - you MAY NOT resell or offer off my designs or make any other kind of profit off of them, BUT you may regift them if you tell me first <33 you may also trade them for other characters as long as it’s only traded for the character and any art of the character and not anything more or anything less bc it would be unfair to make anything more than what i gave you off of my work :) - similar to misuse of my art, misuse of my designs WILL ALSO result in being blacklisted and the design being taken away from you </3
