The month of March is women's history month and I wanted to take some time to write a message about it. I am a female and think a lot about being a women (I'm still a kid so basically young women). I think that women make a big difference in the world. Lots of people do. But a long time ago, women weren't exactly treated the same way as men. They couldn't vote, they couldn't have some jobs that men did, and more. In the beggining of the 19th century, some women like Susan B. Anthony, Alice Paul, Elizabeth Candy Stanton, Lucy Stone and Ida B. Wells were leaders of the Women's Suffrage Movement where lots of women spoke up (lots of them held signs) and wanted the right to vote. Finally in 1920, a law was passed that let women vote. During that time period, women stood up for themselves and spoke up to get the right to vote. There are so many amazing women that changed history and stood up for women rights, racial rights and other rights and so many amazing that changed history by doing other amazing things. There are still lots of amazing women out there in the world right now and if you are female you could be one of them! So if you can, take some time to celebrate women's history month because women make a difference in the world. ~Angie I hope you enjoyed reading that, I put a lot of effort into writing that message and I would really appreciate if you ❤ and ⭐ this project and maybe a follow. . If you are a male, please note that I am just writing and appreciating women because it's women history month. Men did a lot of amazing things in the world and I don't mean anything against them. I just thought this was a good idea to write this. Thanks for reading this! Comment: [A women you look up too]
