When you get a shiny/skin it has a 2 second lock from encountering other pokemon. It is helpful for speedrunners and people who just want the rare pokemon. The skins are laggy, but are the same as shinies. Be patient, please! :D No save engine yet.....when I do it will be awesome! :D
