It starts off normally in an urban area, a gaming room and a piano room. Everyone does their own things. Suddenly, thunder and lightning occurs, causing a power-cut by striking. Everyone gets shocked and disappointed. The traffic lights are down, unable to control the next traffic incoming. Mario, Luigi, Inkling girl, Inkling boy and Hat Kid all rush out to see what is going on. They try to come up with an idea to sort out the power-cut. Some other characters talked to the group about the disaster. Eventually, Hat Kid comes up with an idea that involves using a psychic-type Pokemon to bring the power back. They celebrate by raising a cat party. Please watch and enjoy!
