However, the whole solar system had a population of 50 billion, and during the pandemic when all nations collapsed, people found a cure for the virus but it was too late. 50 years later, only 1 billion people remain in the solar system, most of home live around the gas giants or on WIX5982. Although the current human population is small, it will multiply fast (if everyone stays active), and we already have the knowledge to make advanced technology, and even have remains of past superpowers. This includes abandoned towns, cities, roads, railways, even past military technology! In this season, you can find abandoned space ships, even the abandoned Anti Planet 2.0 if your lucky (which isn't operational).
