It Should Look Like Mine. 6- Shading + Slight Blur. Keep In Mind Where The Light's Hitting And Don't Go Overboard. I Used The 'Pencil 03' Brush In GIMP, And I Used The Mean Curvature Blur. 7- Background. You Can Do Whatever You Want With This 8- Lighting. Make Sure It Corresponds With The Shading. 9- Light Particles.
