I'm so sorry Styrofoam, I didn't want to give you such a sad backstory, but I must. Rundown: I have an Oc named Styrofoam who's basically a very stupid dog who can't comprehend anything really. He can't read, write, or even talk. He doesn't understand the concept of hate. Eventually that all changes though. Backstory Basically: The reason he's so braindead and stupid and can't understand anything other than friendship is because maybe his parents didn't love him enough and didn't teach him much, letting him grow up isolated and alone, thinking that was right, as he never learnt to read, right, talk, or anything and so he sees actions like that as friendly so he doesn't know that when someone is mad at him or abandons him, its bad. He sees it as normal. Then Sayori shows up and they become good friends and she helps him learn all the stuff he missed {reading, writing, talking, basic love} and then he gets pretty heartbroken and depressed knowing he lived most of his life like that
