You can only do this if you have 50 XP. Click on 'Simulate Career' to simulate your career. You stats will go up to something suitable for the position, but you can only do this before you play a match, and you can only do this once. Click on 'Play' to play a match. The play-by-play will show in a list, and your record will be updated. Click on 'Demand Release' to demand a release from your current team.
