Ik it seems like a lot of HP but for this game it is perfect! If you hit the bad tanks then they will still have 1 heart left! (So I'm technically saying that if you hit them twice then they are dead xD) Space or click to shoot. (Depending on how close your mouse is the slower it will shoot! The farther away it is it will shoot farther!) Arrow keys to move and use your mouse to make the tank point whenever your mouse is pointing! There are barriers!
