Ditran Stone // M // 18 // Human // Appearance: Dark brown hair kept short, hazel green eyes, 5' 11", // Outfit: He wears a leather jacket that's at least a size to big for him. Short sleeves…jeans. but again, this isn't my strong suit. Plus if they are in a military base wouldn't they all have uniforms? // Weapon: A handgun usually. (Unless that's not allowed, then) A sword or a bow. // Power: okay, strap in. I call it Light Paths which isn't really all that descriptive of what it does. Have you seen the Van Gogh painting "Starry Night?" That's basically what he sees all the time. The different "strokes" are different transparencies of light blue. (I might go find the right color and stick it into the project.) The more opaque the "stroke" the more urgent the message. The strokes are over everything solid. (Examples: top of water, person's face (though in general it stays off people), wall, floor, couch) (Examples of where it would not be: in the water when he's fully submerged, the air around him, usually dust that's kicked up into the air) The light paths show him what he needs to do or where danger is. It shows him how to protect the things he truly cares about. What he cares about goes from being just him and his brother (well, unless you want to mix up his backstory a bit) to being not him and mostly just his family and friends. To tell him what to do, the lights flash or pulse or not die out right away, instead just running along the wall. Have you ever seen a Disney Princess movies? There's always the animal sidekicks to the point where it's become a meme. The light paths are kind of an animal sidekick. They've got a life of their own. If he's touching someone and concentrates on the light paths, he can make the other person see them. He doesn't know he can do this. // Personality: Reserved to the point where people would call him cold. He really just doesn't want to open himself to more pain. He doesn't take orders or suggestions from anybody until he trusts them, which doesn't happen easily. If someone is being bullied, especially someone weak, he'll just go straight up to the bully and confront him with very few words. (If that doesn't make sense, I mean he'll just start a fight with the dude to make him stop.) Ditran won't really care about the kid who was being bullied and will probably leave without even talking to him. // Relationships: He's got a brother and a sister whose names are Dominic and Drizella respectively. (You've met Dominic and Drizella is Z.) Drizella was taken by her mother after a divorce, but the boys were left with their father. Their father was abusive (and technically so was their mother just in a different way). This left him traumatized and angry. Now you can either figure out what to do with Dominic or their dad could have mostly accidently k¡lled him. // Others: spray paint. he uses spray paint a lot and he actually makes some pretty cool things. He also has an optional pet racoon named Thief. (Ditran is terrified of dogs. It makes him freeze up.) He's colorblind.
Anastasia // F // 18 // Human // Appearance: Black frizzy curly hair in lots of little braids. Dark skin. Brown eyes. 5'6" // Outfit: gack idk, maybe she likes to wear skirts when she has the chance // I honestly have no idea, maybe a knife? // You've seen Mari yes? Okie. So her powers are the same but she can't put other people into dolls. She can't do that because she hasn't had a ton of training with it. If you want to give her a training montage… // Personality: Maybe a bit apprehensive. "Rushing into things isn't the best idea," but she won't actually voice that. She's very compassionate but isn't the best at standing up for anybody. // Relationships: Her twin sister Marionette. Her mother wasn't the greatest and her father was never part of the picture. (I'm sorry, I can see now that this may be a bit of a theme with my characters but if it makes you feel better, they are all canonically at the beginning of my story and their lives get better.) In this universe, Anastasia lived with her mother until the government intervened. A home for both the sisters couldn't be found and they were split up. (I don't know how your story picks up these kids but you can figure out what happens next.) (Mari is paralyzed waist down, just for a tiny bit of context.) // Others: She's got a completely different story canonically. You probably don't need to know what that is.
