Wow! I like how it turned out, but it's not that good. I took of some of the outlines, added something, did a tinybit of shading. I animated a bit so press space to see it. ~Story~ Buttercup was hiding. Hiding her precious baby away from everyone. She wanted her to have a wonderful life, with no danger, and just happiness. She stared into the young kitten's eyes. Brown as the early morning's soil. "BUTTERCUP" she heard somecat roar. Her husband. The worst thing that could happen to her kit. She had to run away from her kit, unless she wanted her kit to meet her dad. She found a wire and a old bottle cap lying around. She tied it into a necklace and put it on her kit, for her kit to remember her mother. She pushed the wide eyed kitten behind a bush. She knew she would probably never see her kitten again if she left it, but she needed to. "BUTTERCUP COME HERE" she heard her husband roar again. She dashed away to him, taking one last glance at the bush. --- 6 years later... Cocoa had lived her life on her own. No father, no siblings, and worst of all, no mother. She had heard stories from a family that had adopted her. They claimed she was sitting behind a bush, with only one personal object, a wire and bottle cap that had been crafted into a odd necklace. Cocoa had lived with her adopted family her whole life, with no clue who her real parents were, until today. --- Buttercup finally had enough courage to run away from her husband. She had been traveling for days, with one stop at her brother's house. She was in serious need of water and food. She decided to wander for a little longer till she took a nap. A few hours later, she found a cozy spot in between two trees and had just enough space for her to fit in. It was like it was made for her. She rested her head into her paws and dozed off. "look what I found" she heard. "Is it dead?" another voice said. "lets try waking it up" a third voice squeaked. "if it's not dead already" said the second voice Many of the voices snickered. There were probably 5 or 6 of them. She opened her eyes. Six kittens were standing in front of her. Two of them were black with splotches of white on their back. One of them were completely black. Two of the remaining were white with black on the paws and black on the ears. But the last one stand out. She had a wonderful golden-brown color, unique from the rest. But her eyes only drew to one thing on the cat. Her necklace. It was gleaming in the sun, and it had the same bottle cap Buttercup had put on her kitten. She squeezed out of her warm sleeping spot and ran over to hug her kitten, who was not much of a kitten anymore. "Hello my baby" she whispered into her ear, hugging her tighter. "Mother?" she whispered, pushing away from the hug. "yes it's me. you're safe now" she said, a tear running down her face. "what's your name?" Buttercup asked, her voice soft. "Cocoa" Cocoa whispered. ~the end~ The picture is of Cocoa crying happy tears after seeing her mother. If you look closely, you can see the letter 'b' for Buttercup on the necklace.
