This is sort of the sequel of my feminism project, after @IceCreamRoyalty suggested I do one on trans rights! ⇢What is being trans?⇠ Trans means: "denoting or relating to a person whose sense of personal identity and gender does not correspond with their birth sex". Gender and sex are two different things, and gender is a spectrum. People can be a boy, a girl, both, neither, and so on. ⇢Important⇠ ☞Trans is an adjective! Someone is not A transgender, they are just transgender, just like a person is not A tall, but they are tall. ☞When somebody is trans, they might use different different pronouns than they were assigned at birth. Respect these pronouns! Calling somebody by the wrong pronouns is called misgendering, and it could hurt a lot more than you might think. ☞A note: I am cisgender, so I will never fully understand how it is to be trans, and if I have gotten anything wrong/there is something I should add/etc, please tell me! Remember I support all of you and you are all valid!
