A little bugs with scanning the thing, but it's OK! Just take off the top part and the multiples of 3. Press p to create a new pixel. Press c to change the pixel's color. Press s to change its size smaller. Press l to change its size larger. Press a to see scanned code. Press g to repeat the guide. Click to place it. Instructions are also in the game.
