I know it looks tiny, but trust me when I say that I tried to find the right dimensions of a studio thumbnail and it's 200x130 pixels (which turned out small lol) To use this, go inside and right click the backdrop. Select export, then you should have downloaded the file as a png.! Easier than using the nightmare people call snipping tool XD credit to Canva by the way
