One day, Elmshine was doing her business until she felt a wave, an eerie sensation coming from the Moonstone She went to the Moonstone and figured out that StarClan needed to speak with her. An ancestor of Elmshine gave a prophecy. The prophecy is mostly unknown since only Elmshine knew about it. The only part that we know is "Elm will lead". Elmshine soon figured out that the prophecy meant that she would become leader. Elmshine was so stressed because of the prophecy. "Why me?" she said. "Why not another cat?" she said. She became a perfectionist and got so stressed that she couldn't even sleep. Eventually she got whitecough. Her whitecough turned into greencough and then she fainted due to lack of air. Elmshine woke up in the med cat's den. She had almost died but Snowfall gave her catnip just in the nick of time. The medicine almost didn't work but the cats of StarClan revived her. "Get some rest." said Snowfall to Elmshine. After 3 moons she was okay. Soon the current leader chose Elmshine to become deputy and the next leader. Elmstar later went on to be the best leader of FernClan and transformed it to one of the greatest Clans ever to exist.
