I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO SORRY FOR THE DELAY OF THIS BANNER!!!! This is a banner for @msdotpanda. It took be soooooo long bc i procrastinated too much, cuz i couldn't get the rigt design I wanted. But after many attempts I finally got it, and it still looks trash. I tried my best, and I hope you can respect that. I THINK i followed all thr things you wanted. And it if didn't or you think it is trash as well, just tell me to redo it, or better yet, ask @Quiora44 to do it. Her banners ROCK!! they are WAYYYYYYY better than mine. But yeah.
