Elliot was talking with one of their friends/crush (Ari) and this girl (Katie) who likes her(Ari) came up to Elliot and cut their hair. She didn't know that Elliot is trans, so when Elliot fixed their hair it made her feel bad and guilty about cutting Elliot's hair
