This is Tansy. One day, a girl and her brother went for a walk and the found a little clump of tansy growing near a birch tree. They saw it shake a few times so they decided to see what was going on. Out of the tansy came a little white paw and a soft "mewww". A little lemon-yellow kitten hopped out of the tansy! "Why's it yellow?'' The boy asked. "They were repainting the old building on the corner.'' replied his sister. "I think the kitten might've rolled around in some paint." She scooped the kitten up in her arms. "We should bring it home and get it washed off." When the children got home they told their parents about the kitten. Their Dad (who worked at a pet clinic) could not get the yellow out of the kitten's fur. "Well, this is something that I've never seen before." He said. "This kitten appears to have natural yellow fur!" The next day the children decided to put up found cat posters around the town. A few weeks had passed and they still could not find the kittens owner. By now, the kitten was called Tansy after where they had found her. Tansy had a food dish, a water bowl, a litter box, and lots of cat toys! A couple moths passed and they all knew that Tansy had already found her forever home. Tansy lived with them.
