But when she was 4 she was diagnosed with Autisim and ADHD. Her disabilities affected her academic grade heavily in elementary and juniour high, but when she reached high school, she found her passion for astronomy and took hold of it. Amai had well understanding of the cosmos and tried to find other classes just as interesting. she then found a program that helped kids like her- those who gripped concepts well and understood them, but didn't find them as interesting. When she enrolled in astronomy-based course, she found calculating sums and writing essays suprisingly easier.
