She is a orphan bc her mom hated children and Via ACCIDENTALLY killed her father, so her mom called the police, but Via ran away before they got there, until a couple of homeless boys knocked her out, she woke up in an orphanage where they had to LITERALLY ZIP HER MOUTH SHUT because those boys rlly damaged her mouth, but she ran away 5 years later, and found a nice hotel to live in and befriended Lemon. ( plz dont report me for da very scary bg story)
