(i realize that at one point the font size changes; shhh hope it's okay, i don't want to redo all the first ones xD) ☀ halloo sea has written another short story :') let me know what you think about it! comments are appreciated :D okay - so this was for a creative writing class at school, actually, from a prompt to work on developing subtext. i didn't really have time to develop a whole new story for the swc writing comp, so i just polished this one ^^' to be honest, this was painful ahaha - i do like the world, though, and i was trying to go for a dystopian/sci-fi feel. i was going through writer's block while writing the first draft,, which was not fun xD and then i had many, many rounds of revision after that - especially regarding the ending and plot - but i think it's alright... hopefully ^^ but anyway, i won't be doing anything big with this, since i'm working on brainstorming a longer hi-fi piece :P ☀ credits! - thank you @stariqe for looking over the first draft and the final one as well - thank you thank you :D - and to my mom for pointing out the incomplete (bad) ending and motivating me to rewrite it! - the photo for the thumbnail is from unsplash, and the background for the text is an edited one of the same image. - oh yeah and i made the thumbnail in procreate, as usual! - font is "questrial" - music is "atlantic" by sleeping at last - oh and thank you to sleeping at last for constantly providing great background music while i write xD (but seriously, aren't the instrumentals amazing? aaah) - to my irl classmates for feedback ^^ - and to swc, for pushing me to write (go poemgranate!) and everyone who's supported my writing! <3 yay
