Khara is part cat, part lynx, (Mostly cat) and lived in District 9. She is one of the tributes for the Hunger Games, and is in many other RPs as well. Khara is clever and kind, but can be menacing when she is angry. She also likes to fish. A lot. She is my main OC. (Oh gosh it's not even a ref it's a drawing)
