The Overcharge C.O.R.E (or Coordinating On-target Reactor Engine) is basically the original C.O.R.E but updated, it has a better processor, better tech, and more safety, however more cooling is needed for this powerful machine. 3 safety plans have been made. Plan 1: In case of a failure with coolants and the reactor cannot turn off, the building would go in lockdown locking all doors and blocking exits with 10 layers of concrete reinforced with lead to ensure safety. This should give you time to fix the coolants or find another way of cooling the reactor. Plan 2: if plan 1 fails it is advised to head to a designated area such as a bunker or room that blocks radiation and try to help others in this area(what?). Plan 3: if all fails it is advised to flee and evacuate the surrounding the areas for safety of others(Code Black in a nutshell). The overcharge in this reactor is meaning more power and more stable
C2A(Credit to all) C.O.R.E Overload is a thing now, if the core gets too big, it won't be able to size down and begin pulsing normally. And uh i figured i would share all the variables for Troll core, Rickroll monitors, and chance of startup failure(NOT OVERLOAD(because overload depends on the core size, not a single bit of it is controlled by variables, mainly run by random number generation.))
