Hello everyone! Pine here. I decided to share some tips I've gathered over the years for anxiety. I hope these help! PLEASE NOTE: I am by no means a professional, doctor, therapist, or anything like that. I have just learned coping strategies from my experience with anxiety, and I thought they would be helpful to some of you :) From fist grade on, I struggled with anxiety and emetophobia. I've leared many coping strategies since then, and I still get some anxiety from time to time. It's completely okay to feel anxious, or have anxiety!! These are just my tips that work for me. Remember to find what works for you!! If you have any tips, I'd love to hear them! Put it in a comment down below, and I'll post it in the description. :D Thanks for reading!! Have a great day, and I hope these help in the future! ~ Pine ~ ᴀ ʟɪᴛᴛʟᴇ ʙɪᴛ ᴀʙᴏᴜᴛ ᴍᴇ: Hey! I'm Pine, a bisexual girl aged somewhere between 10 and 20 years.
