Hold down shift while pressing the flag. Project usually takes about 30-40 seconds to finish. Enter your HEX color code and wait for the project to process it. It will then give you three different values. (Hue, Saturation and Brightness) Then, if you are trying to set the pen color, you can easily put in these values with the [SET PEN COLOR / SATURATION / BRIGHTNESS TO (number) ] block. If you are in the sprite editor, click the colored square next to fill/outline and change the first bar to the first value, the second bar to the second and the third bar to the third.
