Hi there! I know I haven't really posted recently and I'm so sorry about that! Some of you may know that I lost my stylus and while I'm looking for it I can't really do my usual digital art :( I have been experimenting with some classic pencil and paper though and I thought I'd share! Space or click to move to next slide! Here's a quick breakdown: 1: A self portrait I just did! This is pretty good I think. Not exactly like me, but a pretty realistic picture especially because I used a reference. I also was able to include the funny detail that when I smile like that, one of my eyes is always a little more closed than the other giving me a smirky look XD 2: A zoom-in of the last one. Darn you Kindle camera resolution! 3: A girl in a dress. I was just messing around while listening to Studio Gihbli music and designing an interesting silhouette. 4: I don't really know. I'll just say that this person looks better in person rather than the previously mentioned awful camera quality. 5: A possible character design! Theoretically, her hair would be purple on the short side and white on the other. I imagined her to be part of a rock band. 6. I drew this the other day while watching the Voice with my mother. A bouquet of flowers, leaves, and a few funny little radish/bulb things! I drew it originally in pencil, then I outlined in a thin sharpie. For color, I used some crayola super tips (more specifically some cheaper washable crayola markers), scribbling a bit where I wanted color. I then used water and a paint brush to bleed the in an paint with it. I love how this turned out! The "congratulations " is a reference to an upcoming @Flannel_Goblin song ;) 7: I am super proud of this! I drew a dress and then added a body after the fact XD I love how she turned out though!
