Plague Man RMN: 4 RaMoon took Napalm Man's design and gave him bombs that contain small, but still harmful, amounts of the Robenza virus. In his freetime, Plague Man enjoys mixing up new bomb combinations to test on his Robenza infected underlings. Weapon: Plague Bomb Attacks: Jumps to one side, either fires Plague Bombs, or shoots a missile. Jumps to the other side. Fires Plague Bombs. Then either fies Plague Bombs or missiles. Repeat till Hp is half. Post drive, he rolls to the other side instead of jumping Overdrive: Fires four Plague Bombs into the air. Unavoidable and damages a good bit.
