It could be Pokemon Trainer, Florist, Evil Team Leader, Gym Leader, etc. Listing Gym Leader or Elite 4 here will cause me to ask you some more questions about your character. You also have to have at least four Pokemon on your team. You may list champion here, but this spot is significantly hard to land, and there may only be one champion. There are certain requirements to be met. Each is required to fill out for you to be accepted, but it doesn't have to be complicated. The fields are just there so the rp isn't boring and the characters are interesting. As for the backstory, it doesn't have to be anything remarkable, it could just be "Billie Joe had a strong passion to become a trainer, so he went off and did." Just make the personality somewhat interesting.
