I wasn't able to get the text to speech any louder, sorry. You might have to turn up your volume.
I was experimenting with the Text to Speech extension on Scratch, then I noticed that it would only say a certain amount of characters or words then stop. So, I created a script for a block that allowed the block to speak infinitely! @9IX
