So First, You Click On The House Or The Skyscraper, Then You Put Your Mouse Where You Want It And It Will Follow You, Then Click And It Will Stop Following You. Then When Your Happy With Your Houses And Skyscrapers, Press Space And Then You Can Make Your Roads Whilst You Hold You Mouse Down Or Drag It With Your Finger. If You Have Misplaced A Building, Set Delete To 1 And Click On The Building And It Will Disappear. Make Sure When You Place A Building, Please Turn Off Delete (Set Is To 0).
