this one'll be harder cuz i like them :shy fingers: what is an OTA? well, it stands for offer to adopt, so like say you wanted one of the designs, you would offer things like art or characters for the design you would want! rules? the rules are, no offering things that arent yours, thats s t u p i d. things i'm interested in- designs animations/art of my characters other things, just ask lol
