“... so this is only a guess, but it has been properly educated.” SPOILERS FOR INANIMATE INSANITY INVITATIONAL! If you haven’t watched its first episode yet, I’d recommend doing so before reading on. Also, at the time of me writing this, only one episode of Inanimate Insanity season 3 has been released. This theory will not take into account future developments. So, most obvious about Cabby is her voice and way of talking, for lack of a better term. She speaks very formally—for the most part, that is—and has a British accent. I believe her accent is a bit more subtle here because, assuming Cabby is some sort of costume, or, knowing Taco, more likely a robot of some sort, it may have been muffled or altered by the suit, or simply changed by the II team so that her true identity isn’t so obvious. This isn’t the only reason I think Cabby might be Taco in disguise, however. One scene that stuck out to me in particular was the one in which Test Tube was measuring Cabby. When Cabby offers to give out her dimensions in classic Taco fashion (looking at you, “Mazed and Confused”), Test Tube asks her what the fun in doing so would be, to which Cabby/Taco responds, “Victory isn’t always fun.” It was at this line that I began to humor this theory, as it seemed to make sense that Taco may still be sensitive about Microphone’s cutting ties with her--she had “won” MePad, but had ultimately lost a companion. Assuming that Cabby is, in fact, Taco, it would make sense that Cabby would want to act as more of a team player, trying not to lose the favor of her teammates again. Though I forgot to mention this when first posting, it may be of note that as Bow exclaims, "Wait, where are we? This isn't Narnia," Cabby appears somewhat disturbed. She was no doubt recalling her... unfavorable history with Bow. Even more importantly, however, as Cabby falls down towards the pipe, carrying her teammates, Cabby exclaims what can only be described as the beginning of her infamous catchphrase, sour cream, before seemingly cutting herself off. So, uh, that’s it. Sorry I sounded kinda pretentious in this one lol. Make sure to tell me how wrong I am in the comments--
