I have spent 3 to 4 days on this. MTF stands for mobile task force they capsher and contain SCP´s. In the animation Site 19 had a power failure letting the 2 most famous scp that are keepth thar SCP-096 and SCP-173. Also i added someone pulling SCP-999 into the helicopter before the nuke goes off.
