This is the game Lights Out. In this game, you must press the lights to turn them off. You must turn off all the lights on the board. The caveat is, when you press a button, you also toggle all of its adjacent neighbors! Try your hand at this classic game, made in Scratch, or press the "Solve" button to see the answer!
