so i think electroswing was made for me --------------- IT'S DONE. THE FIRST TEW PMV IS DONE. i know the timing is way off in some places, but if i fixed it, it would break literally the entire pmv (or at least the parts that come after the section) this is the first one for our favorite main character, sky! this one is more animatic like because i wanted to do a doctorsiren-esque one and this felt like the right one to do a doctorsiren imitation for (the rest will be more like actual pmvs, with glide blocks and multiple sprites and stuff) so what's this one about? because sky canonically controls the entire narrative of tew (but very loosely), i wanted to show her being showy and controlling but slowly losing her grip on her surroundings btw if you couldnt tell she can interact with her [god] self and they are definitely not friendly with each other credits: song: lone digger by caravan place art and coding: me art program: procreate characters: me (sky and [god]!sky from tew)
information on the tew pmv project: ive decided to work on twelve(+) consecutive pmvs. eleven of them will be about the main characters of the elemental warriors, one of my oc universes one (or more, if i decide to) will be labeled as a .5 pmv and will be about the relationship between two characters who have pmvs. each pmv will only do portion of the song. i probably won't be animating any sections either (i only have one animation segment planned as of this project being shared, and it's very small, planned for the outro of a song). both of these are just to keep my sanity intact and to keep this project from not going way over my completion goal of one year (which means i would share the twelfth pmv during or before march 2022). SO WHAT THE HECK ARE THE PMVS GOING TO BE ABOUT? each pmv will focus on a different tew character, in a specific order that i have already decided. i've spent months trying to find a song for all 11 characters and i still might not be fully done. each pmv fully encompasses the character and likely is about a specific plot point from the character's point of view. HOW DO YOU PICK THE SONGS? about 50% of the characters that i'm doing pmvs about have short public playlists on spotify. as of this project being shared, every character with a playlist but one has a pmv to a song from their playlist. (theories are welcome) if they don't, their pmv is usually just a song i hear and decide that it fits a character really well. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? i'm doing this for three reasons: 1. art/pmv improvement 2. keeping myself busy 3. c l o u t and that's basically it. if you have any other questions, read the description of the tew pmv studio or comment there!
