This is E-007 (His nickname is Hypnosis) from https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/29376440/ DESCRIPTION: E-007 (Hypnosis) | Male he/him | Subject | 17 months | 7 | Half his head looks like a cat skull while the other side is normal. The scull side has wires running from his eye to a chip in his neck. He has bones poking out of his fur that go along his spine and tail, looking like spikes. His front right paw is full bone. Reference sheet coming soon for him XD | He can inflict pain on others, meaning he can knock a cat out cold by just thinking about it. If he wanted to he could stop every cat in the entire factory, including the managers inside. The only downfall is the collar, stopping him from doing this. He can also inflict good emotions, like happiness and excitement. The doctors don't know this yet- he manipulates cats by changing their emotions to liking him. The downside to this is that every time he uses his power in a big way it hurts him, getting rid of some of his skin. It's why half his face is bone. l Intelligent - persuasive - fast mentally and physically | Manipulative - doesn't see what he's doing is bad sometimes - hard to change his mind | Half his face is bone, his fur is a dark grey with black stripes, his working eye is red, a robotic paw, he has a metal collar around his neck that stops his from inflicting bad emotions like pain, anger, and sadness.
