Eh, just figured this sort of thing should be normalized, even for people who are cis and stuff. Good allyship! :) I'm a girl but that doesn't mean you can't use "sir" or "king" or whatever. I think they are fun and honestly couldn't care less if you use it, serious or not. The slang ones have side markings with another color for how comfy I am with it being used. (e.g. I'm pretty comfortable with sir, even if it's not slang and especially if it is. If someone uses it that's cool with me) :) For the things I marked with just red though, please avoid calling me those... the red ones all make me pretty uncomfortable so I'd really appreciate avoiding them :)
