Instructions [+] A handful of Dreams [About] ➥ So Crunchy ice,I LOVEEEEE poetry! So here is a piece I made for fun! A Handful of Dreams: Palm trees sway slowly as if they were dancing to the beat, of the melodic constant annoying repeat of a seagulls song. 7 days in paradise, an escape from our busy life. Each step we took, each breath we took, was one more handful of gold. The soft inviting sand grilled the soles of our feet. They were hot, grainy, broken dreams turned nightmares. A pearl colored dream laid by the shore, and the shallow tsunami gobbled it up. Just to leave soda bubbles on the damp sand. The calm waves tickled at our feet and children giggled. Beach Balls flew across the low sandy dunes and castles had decorated dreams all over it. We dug our feet as the sand monster tried to gobble it up, but the shallow beasty waves cleansed it and pulled us inside instead. The continued fight between the waves and sand became a war. As the wishes and dreams were going to shower the sky and the sun-lit moon began rising, the shallow tides roared with good night. We packed our baskets and kicked our castles down. And before we left, snuck a handful of dreams into my pocket. Just as I was about to enter the car, a little crab came out of the triton dream and pinched me on my thigh.
