In this world the Central Powers win WW1. So Germany takes Polish land from Russia. A little from France. And also creates an Independent Finland. And Gains Vassals in the Baltic States and Belgium. Austria-Hungary Annexes much of Serbia and creates a Serbian vassal. Also with a Ukrainian vassal and takes some of Italy. Bulgaria takes some of Serbia and installs a puppet state in Romania. The Ottoman Empire takes Crete and some Islands from Greece and also Vassalizes Greece. Other things is that the USSR was formed but since being embarrassed in the Great War is prone to Revolution. France is now put into heavy reparation payments and could go Communist or Fascist very quickly. Britain is forced to release Ireland from their rule but isn't very prone to uprising rather increased Royal power.
