Closed Captions can be helpful when trying to show sound effects that are hard to mimic with sounds in projects. (such as Zap,explosion noise,door closing and much more.) The main reason i made this so people even with hearing problems (deaf) can still watch animations and have a full experience on scratch. You may have seen subtitles in other projects but those are CUSTOM made for every project. This one merges together EVERY CHARACTER.
